ARCHANGEL GABRIEL
This painting is a commission on Archangel Gabriel, who announced the wonderful news to Mother Mary, that she will bear a child - the Son of God. The "Hail Mary" with which Archangel Gabriel greeted the virgin, is written on the scroll.
