ÜBER DIESEN KURS
Wir versammeln uns in der Stille des Winters und der frischen Energie des neuen Jahres, um in das nährende Feld des Herzens einzutauchen. Mit einem reichhaltigen Programm, das Malerei, Meditation und Kontemplations- sowie Bewegungsübungen kombiniert, kannst du tief zu dir selbst kommen, deine Kreativität erforschen und deine authentische Stimme finden.
Du wirst angeleitet, ein kleines Bild in der Mischtechnik zu malen. Der Fokus des Seminars und des Malprozesses wird auf der Besinnung unserer Essenz liegen.
Schatten werden durch mehrere Schichten Ölfarbe erzeugt und wir bringen das Licht mit leuchtender Eitempera ins Spiel. Der Malprozess spiegelt möglicherweise die vielen Schichten wider, die unser inneres Wesen ausmachen.
Die TeilnehmerInnen werden dazu inspiriert, mit einer begrenzten Palette zu malen. Eine kleine Auswahl von bis zu 5 Farben spiegelt die reduzierte Farbsättigung der Wintersaison wider. Wenn wir uns auf eine begrenzte Farbskala konzentrieren, können wir die Schönheit der Einfachheit und Harmonie innerhalb des Kunstwerks erfahren.
In den ruhigen Stunden des frühen Morgens und in den langen dunklen Nächten versammeln wir uns im Kreis, um das Herz mit Meditation, Gebet, Klangheilung und Yoga Nidra zu nähren.
Mit der Frische des neuen Jahres sind wir eingeladen, uns unseren Träumen zuzuwenden und unsere Herzenswünsche zu visualisieren. Kreative Übungen wie Collage und Visionsboard sorgen für einen kraftvollen Start ins neue Jahr, sodass wir im Einklang mit der Bestimmung unserer Seele leben können.
Alle Aktivitäten werden auf die innere Transformation und die Erforschung der Erfüllung unseres Herzens ausgerichtet sein. Wertvolle Praktiken wie das Ehrliche Mitteilen, Yoga Nidra und Soundhealing werden unser Programm bereichern.
Brunnbach hat normalerweise mehr Schnee als andere Orte. Es liegt abgelegen im Nationalpark Kalkalpen und es gibt kaum Verkehr. Genieße Winterspaziergänge durch verschneite Landschaften, die Wärme eines knisternden Kaminfeuers, nährende Gespräche und tiefe innere Stille.
Das gesunde Essen wird liebevoll mit veganen, glutenfreien und zuckerfreien Optionen zubereitet.

"Spirit Animals" Summer Retreat 2023
ABOUT THIS COURSE
In the deep silence of winter, we gather to immerse ourselves into the nourishing field of the heart.
With a rich program that combines painting, meditation and various contemplative and movement practices, you can truly come home to yourself.
We will utilise the solitude and quiet of the remotely located Brunnbach school that is embedded in the beautiful surrounds of the Nationalpark Kalkalpen.
Within a loving environment that supports harmony and naturalness, you can nurture your creative self and find your authentic voice.
You will be guided to create a small painting in the Mischtechnik. Our focus of the seminar and theme of the painting will circle around the contemplation of our true essence and our soul’s deeper calling.
Shadows will be formed by multiple layers of oil paint and we will bring in the light with luminous egg tempera whites. The painting process may reflect the multiple layers that are to our inner being.
Students will be inspired to paint with a limited palette. Choosing a selection of only up to 5 colors, our process will reflect the reduced chroma of the wintery season. Focusing on a limited color scale, we can experience the beauty of simplicity and harmony within the artwork.
In the soothing hours of the early morning and the dark long nights, we will gather in the circle to nourish the heart with soulful Prayer, deep Meditation, Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra.
With the freshness of the new year we are invited to tend to our dreams and visualise our hearts deeper callings. Creative exercises such as collage and vision building will ensure a powerful start to the new year, so we may live in tune with our soul’s purpose.
All activities during the workshop will be oriented towards the inner transformation and discovery of our hearts deepest fulfilment. Both in our spiritual practice and our creative expression, we will contemplate why we are here and makes us truly happy.
Enjoy winter walks through snowy landscapes, the warmth of a crackling fireplace, intimate sharings and deep inner silence.
Brunnbach has usually more snow than other places. It is remotely located with hardly any cars passing. It is run by a lovely team who creatively take care of individual needs.
The healthy food is lovingly prepared with vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free options.

The seminar takes place in the Brunnbach school in the Kalkalpen National Park. In a beautiful and quiet location, with numerous hiking opportunities at the doorstep, the seminar location offers a relaxing and inspiring place for creation and recreation.
